 Mostly required for Visa Applications

Fee to Expedite if already applied R1350 with timeframe of 2-4 weeks

Time Frame: Between 21days to 6 weeks. 

We do NOT handle insertions or amendments services.


 Vault Copy ​

 Mainly required for a British Passport Application 

 The fee to Expedite R 1350.00 ​ with timeframe of 2-4 weeks

 Time Frame for Unabridged Birth Certificate & Vault copy is between 21days to 6 weeks (all cases differ by Application)

Should you wish us to submit and collect on your behalf R 1700.00


 Unabridged Death Certificate ​

 Applied at Home affairs 

 Required document – DHA 1663 Death Register from the undertaker/   hospital. 

 The fee to Expedite R1350.00 with timeframe of 2-4 weeks

 Time Frame: Between 21 days to 6 Weeks (all cases differ by Application)​

 Unabridged Marriage Certificate ​

The fee to Expedite R 1350.00 with timeframe of 2-4 weeks

Marriage Certificate can NOT be obtained when divorced.


 Police Clearance 

Should you wish us to submit and collect: R 2500.00

 Non Impediment Letter 

 Fee: R 2500.00 

 Requirements: Application and ID Copy 

 Time Frame: between 3 to 4 weeks​


 Apostille / Authentication / Legalization of Degrees, Certificates 

 Fee: R2500

Birth and Vault Application Form

Unabridged birth certificates verify when and where a child was born and who their natural parents are. Mostly required for international travels, visa and dual citizenship, and foreign passports application. Please be aware that we do not handle insertions or amendments. A vault copy is an authentic copy of the original birth registration form.

Non Impediment Letter

A Letter (or Certificate) of No Impediment is a document that is requested by foreign authorities when South African national want to get married in foreign country.

Death Application

An unabridged death certificate (vault copy) contains details of the deceased, date of death, and includes the cause of death as well. These documents contain much more information than the abridged version of a death certificate.

Passport

Due to a nationwide systems change (biometrics) we are unable to personally assist with South African Passports but once you have applied we can expedite your application.

Timeframe is between 7 to 14 working days. 

If you have applied at Home Affairs the fee to expedite is R1550 

If you have applied via the embassy the fee to expedite and monitor is R2500 (excluding courier to your destination)
